Infor Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Global Facilities Director to lead the corporate real estate and office services portfolio. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role drives strategy, governance, and cost discipline while aligning real estate with business goals.

You will manage a ~65-person team across 75 offices, collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to deliver scalable workplace solutions that enable growth, resilience, and efficient risk management.

• Experience leading corporate real estate portfolios.
• Experience leading teams of real estate/facilities professionals.
• Experience managing a corporate office portfolio.
• Experience negotiating leases, extensions, and terminations.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across finance and business functions to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in process, systems, technology, data, or organizational change.
• Experience leveraging technology, analytics, automation, or AI to improve reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 65-person corporate real estate organization.
• Oversee real estate operations across ~75 offices, including business continuity and risk management.
• Partner with business, HR and finance leaders to translate priorities into capability priorities for decision support.
• Drive disciplined execution across reporting, controls, audits, compliance activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Champion transformation through simplification, standardization, automation, and effective use of technology, data, and analytics.
• Communicate business matters clearly to senior leaders, surfacing issues early and enabling informed decision-making.
