• Experience partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading process, systems, technology, data, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience leveraging technology, analytics, automation, or AI to improve reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a corporate real estate organization of ~65 employees across regions and sites.
• Oversee real estate operations across ~75 offices, including risk management.
• Translate business priorities into capability priorities to enable decisions.
