Job summary

Infor is seeking a Director, IT to lead Finance and Revenue Operations Engineering in Atlanta. The role owns the technology roadmap and delivery model across Finance Engineering, Salesforce, Sales Operations, and Marketing Technology, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leaders to modernize platforms and deliver measurable quote-to-cash outcomes.

The position requires strong leadership of enterprise platforms, governance, and AI-enabled automation, with a focus on accelerating value

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology delivery for enterprise Finance, CRM, billing, or related platforms.
• Experience guiding managers and large cross-functional teams at director level.
• Ability to define and govern Salesforce architecture, platform delivery, integrations, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology roadmap and delivery outcomes for Finance and Revenue Operations Engineering.
• Translate business priorities into sequenced platform, process, and automation initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Lead transition from Softrax toward Salesforce Revenue Billing, including roadmap, risks, readiness, and value realization.
• Establish governance, decision rights, cadences, and performance measures across the portfolio.
• Apply AI-first engineering and intelligent automation to improve delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate platform architecture, integrations, security, data, compliance, release readiness, and vendor performance.
• Lead and develop engineering and platform leaders while enabling cross-functional decisions and organizational change.
