Job summary

Key Technology in Washington is seeking a Crating and Shipping Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute daily packaging and shipping of equipment, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

You will work with Production and Project Management to forecast shipping needs, prepare invoices and bills of lading, manage load plans, and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ISPM-15 compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in reading and preparing shipping documents and communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for packaging and shipping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily crating and shipping activities.
• Coordinate workload with production schedules and shipping priorities.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export documents.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments (LTL/FTL/air/ocean).
• Ensure ISPM-15 compliance for export wood packaging; verify heat treatment consents.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
