Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Detail-oriented with strong math aptitude and good planning/organization.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and alpha-numeric keyboard proficiency.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments according to orders and ensure correct product is shipped on time.
• Set up shipments with freight forwarders and provide export documents.
• Coordinate with international representatives for customs clearance as needed.
• Prepare and stamp required documents and coordinate with management.
• Calculate dimensional weight and freight classes for shipments.
• Maintain shipping software and resolve issues with UPS/FedEx coordination.
• Monitor shipping supplies and keep documentation organized.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; sign for deliveries.
