Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a senior cost accountant to manage global cost accounting and inventory-related activities outside of manufactured cost. You will own inventory valuation, landed cost, intercompany transactions, and related close processes across multiple entities and logistics partners in a hybrid in-office setting in West Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities include leading the Oracle OPM inventory close, ensuring accuracy of COGS and gross margin, and partnering with FP&A,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive cost-accounting experience, preferably in inventory-intensive environments.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle OPM inventory close process and perform preliminary reviews before final closure.
• Analyze and prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclasses for events and intercompany activity.
• Calculate ending inventory revaluations and support intercompany eliminations in FCCS.
• Provide concise reporting on cost, inventory, freight, COGS, and margin results to leadership.
