Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, real estate, or related operational leadership roles.
• Experience managing office expansions, build-outs, and vendor ecosystems across multiple regions.
• Strong people management experience, including leading distributed or multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate strategy and workplace footprint planning across multiple locations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring functional and safe spaces.
• Manage leases, renewals, and workplace vendor agreements.
