Job summary

Link Snacks seeks a Corporate Controller to lead global corporate accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, overseeing a team of twelve with two direct reports.

The incumbent will guide the US GAAP framework, external audits, and the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial statements, policy development, and coordination with international finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience with multinational organizations and foreign currencies.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational objectives and drive closure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global period-end close and consolidation under US GAAP.
• Coordinate external audits and statutory audits internationally.
• Lead development and maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies.
• Implement SAP S/4HANA across the organization and ensure data integrity.
