Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Accounting/Finance.
• 10+ years cost accounting/manufacturing experience.
• 7+ years leadership/management experience.
• 7+ years SAP experience.
• 7+ years managing AP/AR/Payroll/CAPEX.
• 5+ years managing corporate tax (federal/state/local, sales/use).
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: CPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of accounting dept (AP, AR, payroll, GL).
• Direct month-end close and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Geberit Accounting Manual and tax filings.
• Coordinate annual external audits (401k, financial).
• Manage corporate cash and budgeting processes.
• Provide monthly/ quarterly reporting to management.
• Maintain internal control system and risk mitigation.
• Support EQMS Management Review and corporate governance.
