CPG & Associates, partnered with a dynamic PE-backed technology manufacturing company in North Dallas, seeks a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations across multiple entities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, ideally in a private equity-backed environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, transaction accounting, and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all general accounting functions across several international entities.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statement preparation.
• Manage annual external audits, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international tax laws (including VAT/sales tax).
• Manage treasury operations (cash, forecasting, banking) and oversee standard cost inventory accounting.
• Analyze key financial metrics (sales, COGS, margins, SG&A) and provide data to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain GL account reconciliations, oversee credit management, and support risk management efforts.
