Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead global consolidation, drive accounting controls, and scale finance operations for a PE-backed manufacturing company. This hands-on leader will build scalable processes and partner with leadership to support growth across entities worldwide.

The role reports to the CFO and requires strong GAAP knowledge, multi-entity experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and financial consolidation.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation, and cost accounting.
• Experience leading multi-entity or international accounting operations.
• Hands-on, proactive with ability to build structure from ground up.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 10-15+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Blend of private equity, public company, and public accounting exposure preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, consolidation, and cost accounting
• Experienced leading multi-entity or international accounting operations
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable creating structure from the ground up
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $180,000 to $230,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
