• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, ideally in a private equity-backed environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, transaction accounting, and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all general accounting functions across several international entities.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statement preparation.
• Manage annual external audits, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international tax laws (including VAT/sales tax).
• Manage treasury operations (cash, forecasting, banking) and oversee standard cost inventory accounting.
• Analyze key financial metrics (sales, COGS, margins, SG&A) and provide data to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain GL account reconciliations, oversee credit management, and support risk management efforts.

CPG & Associates has partnered with a dynamic PE backed technology manufacturing company in North Dallas that is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting operations due to consistent growth.

The Corporate Controller will oversee day-to-day general accounting functions across multiple international entities and serve as a key partner to executive leadership. This role will lead treasury operations, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. The Controller must have a strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP, expertise in standard cost inventory accounting, and proven success managing complex, multi-entity global environment. Experience leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled reporting and automation tools, is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Lead all general accounting functions across several international entities.
• Reporting & Close: Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statement preparation.
• Audit & Tax: Manage annual external audits, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international tax laws (including VAT/sales tax).
