Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Corporate Compliance Manager to support its Americas program, promoting an ethical culture and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across the region.

You will lead policy development, training, due diligence, and risk assessments on trade sanctions, anti-bribery, export controls, and data privacy, collaborating with regional leaders and Global E&C to strengthen governance and protect the company's global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant corporate compliance, legal, ethics, risk management, or regulatory experience with a JD, or 8 years of relevant experience without a JD.
• Substantive knowledge of trade sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws (including FCPA), and data privacy laws.
• Knowledge of ethics/compliance laws and/or aviation industry standards.
• Experience building or evolving a corporate compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Support the SVP Legal Americas and Global E&C in policy development and implementation.
• Manage and champion E&C policies and processes, including the Code of Ethics and anti-bribery/anti-corruption compliance and export controls.
• Develop and provide training on E&C topics to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate with Global E&C on compliance and audit-related requests and reporting.
• Draft and distribute periodic compliance reminders and serve as go-to resource for E&C policies.
• Evaluate improvements to the regional compliance governance structure.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments for sanctions, anti-bribery, and data privacy across the Americas.
• Assist with due diligence on third-party partners.
• Manage ad hoc compliance projects as assigned.
