Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ethics and Compliance experience in in-house or consulting roles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory expectations across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Govern policy framework, draft and harmonize policies and standards.
• Lead governance of Policy on Policies and Code of Conduct updates.
• Design and deploy compliance training and communications across the Americas.
• Develop bilingual training materials (English/Spanish) and role-based curricula.
• Manage Conflict of Interest program, disclosures, and case workflows.
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs and build dashboards for ongoing monitoring.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance and training.
