Job summary

Amazon’s Global Trade Services (GTS) seeks a Senior Manager, Risk to lead North America Product Compliance. Based in Bellevue, WA, you will define regional strategy, build scalable controls, and partner with Legal, Safety, and Tech to drive cross-functional programs from vision to execution.

You will coach a team of risk professionals, craft data-driven metrics, and leverage AI to scale compliance across vendor, seller, and customer experiences in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk management, audit, legal, or compliance fields.
• 7+ years of team management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience in a global company with multi-country responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience implementing scalable compliance solutions in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design the global import product compliance strategy with a clear team vision.
• Drive NA import product compliance strategy and operations with the local team.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting products worldwide, esp. NA.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen controls.
• Design and monitor key compliance and operational metrics.
• Use judgment and data to prioritize risk management needs.
• Develop team members to meet high performance standards.
• Leverage AI and technology to scale programs.
