Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in employee compensation; at least 1 year of management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices and regulations.
  • Excellent command of English; strong communication skills; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of corporate compensation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide consultation on compensation for domestic and international roles and pay equity.
  • Drive advanced compensation analytics, salary surveys, and cost analysis.
  • Own position management in HRIS; manage positions, codes, grades and reporting structures.
  • Support restructurings with cost, role alignment and pay consistency.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR on budgeting, headcount forecasts and incentive tracking.
  • Advise senior leaders on compensation risk, affordability and competitiveness.
