Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate in the Announcement Capture Team within WHEM Operations. You will process high-risk corporate action events, capture and validate information across milestones, and coordinate with global teams to manage risk during the full event lifecycle.

You will analyze sources like SWIFT messages and offer documents, execute actions with growing complexity, and drive improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in Financial Services preferred across Custody Asset Servicing or Fund Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and process corporate action events from multiple sources and maintain actions.
• Execute routine and complex actions with guidance, applying domain knowledge.
• Diagnose issues and implement resolutions within guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
• Perform daily controls to confirm accuracy and identify risks.
• Publish metrics to stakeholders, highlighting trends and performance.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
• Be flexible with extended hours and rotating shifts as needed.
