Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered global broker-dealer infrastructure provider, is seeking a Director of Global Corporate Actions Operations and Oversight. The role owns the function end-to-end across U.S.

and international markets, ensuring timely processing and robust supervisory controls. You will lead the Corporate Actions team, drive automation and reconciliation, and collaborate with Security Master, Ledger, Trading, Product, and Engineering to strengthen front-to-back controls and scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Corporate Actions experience within a broker-dealer, clearing firm, custodian, bank, or comparable financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Corporate Actions control framework, ensuring events are validated, reconciled, processed, and closed with supervisory evidence.
• Oversee accurate booking of entitlements and ensure reconciliation across Back Office, Front Office, Security Master, Ledger, Trading, and other systems.
• Drive automation, observability, and exception tooling to reduce manual processing and scale operations globally.
