As Global Tax Leader reporting to the Global Controller, you will own tax compliance worldwide, shape strategies, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 8-10+ years of tax experience with strong knowledge of ASC 740 and international tax.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or digital-assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global tax compliance including U.S. federal, state, and international filings.
• Lead tax planning, transfer pricing, and intercompany arrangements.
• Manage tax authority inquiries, audits, and disputes.
