Qualifications

• Experienced running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange.
• Built and managed a globally distributed customer service focused team providing world-class 24/5 service coverage.
• Experience trading crypto professionally.
• Experience in US crypto regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead our US spot exchange operations (Alpaca Crypto LLC).
• Lead our Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations (AlpacaX Crypto Limited).
• Build and maintain our internal trading desk.
