Job summary

JPMorganChase in New Jersey seeks a Securities Services – Announcement Capture Analyst to manage high-risk corporate action events across key milestones, ensuring accurate capture and validation of information. You will collaborate with Middle Office, Client Service, and product partners to support day-to-day operations and maintain end-to-end process controls.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of DTC and SWIFT message formats in Asset Servicing.
• Experience with Asset Servicing operating systems (IMActions, TCS BANCS) and vendor management.
• Strong collaboration with partners and stakeholders across levels.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Capability to work in large-scale, high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in changing business landscape.
• Effective communication, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review incoming corporate action events from SWIFT messages and other sources; create and maintain corporate actions (mergers, offers, dividends).
• Execute routine and complex corporate action processes with mid-to-high complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions within guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers across Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service.
• Perform End-of-Day checks to ensure accuracy and risk management.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints via standardization and automation.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.
