JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Asset Analyst to support the Announcement Capture Team in WHEM Operations. You will process high-risk corporate action events, capture and validate information across milestones, and work with institutional clients to interpret market nuances.

You will partner with global and regional teams to ensure timely escalation, issue management, and efficient resolution throughout the event lifecycle, delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree; alternatively, proven performance that meets role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate action events from multiple sources and create/maintain corporate actions (mergers, repurchase offers, exchange offers, optional dividends).
• Execute routine/complex corporate action announcement processes with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions within guidelines.
