Foster McKay is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting, Consolidations and Reporting to lead global close, consolidation, and financial reporting. This role partners with regional finance teams to deliver timely consolidated information and strengthen controls.

The candidate will oversee the corporate general ledger, intercompany accounting, and prepare audited financial statements, while driving process improvements and automation across close activities.

Responsabilités

• Own the global monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidation process.
• Oversee corporate general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Prepare annual audited financial statements and footnote disclosures; liaise with external auditors.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation and consolidation structure in Oracle.
• Lead the consolidation and reporting for external board and lenders.
• Partner with FP&A to ensure consistency between actual results, forecasts, and Board materials.
• Drive automation in reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Hire and develop the corporate accounting/consolidations team.
