Job summary

Foster McKay in Englewood Cliffs, NJ seeks a Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting to support financial reporting, close, reconciliations, and internal controls within a complex organization. You will partner across Finance and Accounting, help improve processes, and drive ERP transformation and automation opportunities.

The role will lead journal entries, intercompany accruals, and testing related to ERP changes, while enforcing policy compliance and continuous improvement across the close

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, audit, or public accounting experience.
CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead purchase order and invoice-related accounting activities, incl. accrual reviews and policy compliance.
Prepare and post complex journal entries and monthly accruals (intercompany, reserves, facilities, cash, etc.).
Own BlackLine reconciliations, ensuring timely certification and resolution of items.
Perform balance sheet and P&L variance analysis and provide explanations for management reporting.
Review entries and reconciliations prepared by offshore teams and provide guidance.
