Job summary

McLarens in Atlanta, GA seeks a Corporate Accounting Director to lead global close, consolidation, audit coordination and intercompany policy. You will partner with the Corporate Controller and FP&A to drive accurate reporting across regions.

You will oversee the India-based shared services team, provide UK GAAP/US GAAP guidance, and collaborate with Tax, Treasury and Legal. Hybrid work and occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting or audit experience.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (SAP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly global close and consolidation across regions.
• Oversee audit coordination and remediation across regions.
• Develop intercompany policy and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Support M&A integration accounting and technical policy guidance.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Legal on strategic initiatives.
