Job summary

PIMCO, a global leader in fixed income, seeks a senior Core Operations leader to define the future-state back-office operating model across asset classes and regions. You will own reconciliation controls, workflow design, and governance with a focus on IBOR technology and vendor integration.

This role combines day-to-day management with strategic design, building a scalable team, and delivering executive dashboards and metrics for senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in back office and reconciliations within asset management or investment banking.
• Deep experience across multiple asset classes, incl. derivatives, fixed income and cash.
• Strong IBOR knowledge and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end back office control for TFO, incl. reconciliation oversight and issue resolution.
• Oversee outsourced providers, including SLA management and governance.
• Define target-state IBOR reconciliation controls and escalation protocols.
• Develop executive metrics, dashboards, and senior-management commentary.
• Coach and build a Core Operations team with scalable routines.
