PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income with deep expertise across public and private markets. The Client Operations team serves as a central operational liaison focusing on portfolio event processes, onboarding, terminations, and in-kind transfers.

You will partner with client management and cross‑functionally execute initiatives to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning as part of PIMCO’s CORE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Client Operations within financial services, preferably fixed income.
• Knowledge of portfolio event processes and related workflows.
• Understanding of economics, fixed income fundamentals, or portfolio management.
• Experience with client management and/or transitions management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience automating business processes using workflow automation or BI tools.
• Experience in investment operations or with derivatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the portfolio event process including onboarding, terminations, in-kind transfers, and portfolio modifications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop client solutions and improve processes for client experience.
• Document project phases and prepare management summary reports.
• Coordinate activities across departments and with external stakeholders such as clients and banks.
• Foster team collaboration and contribute to implementation decisions.
• Participate in all stages of the client portfolio lifecycle.
