Partners Capital is seeking a Portfolio Management Operations Associate to join IBOR Management. This team provides operational support for portfolio management activities across internally managed vehicles and the new platform implementation.

The role requires a self-starter in a fast-paced environment. You will work with Investment Research, Data Analytics & Performance, and Pooled Vehicle teams to maintain accurate data, oversee cash management, reconciliations, and trade communications, and

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations and understanding of trading and reconciliation.
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic record.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise.

Mansioni

• Ensure integrity of investment balances across pooled vehicles.
• Coordinate across operational functions to optimize processes.
• Maintain IBOR data accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and data collection.
• Reconcile IBOR to Administrators and resolve discrepancies.
• Propose and calculate month-end trades for cash flows.
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Understand fund terms and flag deadlines for investments.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance estimates.
• Liaise with Fund Services and client teams on cash flows.
