• 15+ years of senior leadership in operations, supply chain, or logistics within premium apparel or consumer brands.
• Proven experience scaling omni-channel operations globally.
• Strong negotiation with factories and suppliers.
• Track record managing margins and profitability.
• Leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable global supply chain strategy for international growth.
• Lead apparel sourcing, production, logistics, and fulfillment from factory to customer.
• Build and scale global omni-channel operating model across channels.
• Partner with CEO on international retail and wholesale expansion.
• Drive margin expansion and manage budgets.
