Job summary

Bandit Running, Inc. is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer to drive global supply chain, sourcing, production, fulfillment, and logistics for a fast-growing apparel brand.

The role oversees brand-wide operations across owned stores, wholesale, distributors, DTC eCommerce, pop-ups, and large events. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience scaling production, sourcing, and omni-channel retail in high-growth apparel, preferably technical performance or outdoorwear.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, supply chain, sourcing, or logistics within premium apparel or consumer brands.
• Proven track record building and leading complex apparel sourcing, production, and supply chain systems.
• Deep experience negotiating commercial terms with factories and suppliers to enable scaling and margin expansion.
• Experience scaling global operations for an omni-channel retail brand, including international wholesale and distributor expansion.
• Extensive relationships with high-quality technical performance apparel factory partners across regions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global supply chain strategy to support international growth.
• Lead and optimize apparel sourcing, production, logistics, and fulfillment from factory through customer delivery.
• Operationalize and improve international distributor relationships and performance.
• Expand Bandit's international 3PL fulfillment footprint for speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
• Build and scale a true global omni-channel operating model across owned retail, wholesale, DTC, and events.
• Develop scalable back-end systems for inventory visibility and order orchestration.
• Lead customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Drive margin expansion through sourcing optimization and cost management.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while fostering accountability and collaboration.
