IDEAL Industries, Inc. seeks a Global Controller to lead the financial operations of a multinational organization, providing strategic insights and financial leadership across global locations.

You will partner with senior leadership, coach peers, and develop employees to elevate team performance while ensuring strong controls, reporting accuracy, and alignment with corporate goals. Domestic and international travel may be required, and the role reports to the Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Ten+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Proven leadership with senior-level partnership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted financial advisor to division leadership and GM by connecting financial and operational data.
• Provide financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling processes.
• Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to drive performance.
• Develop capital expenditure plans aligned with strategic initiatives.
