Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience managing multi‑entity accounting environments.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manufacturing/distribution/inventory‑intensive industry experience preferred.
• ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's accounting and financial planning functions, including procurement planning and operational analytics.
• Serve as a key business partner to executive management and strengthen planning and inventory management capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable processes across accounting and operations and oversee audits and international reporting.
• Champion AI, automation, and technology adoption to improve reporting and decision‑making.
