Velsera in the US/UK market is seeking a Snr Director, Global Controller to lead the global accounting close and financial reporting for a fast-growing precision engine company. You will oversee teams across US, Belgium, Serbia and India, partner with external accountants, and serve as the Netsuite and accounting applications SME.

You will shape policies, drive process improvements through automation, ensure GAAP compliance, and provide strategic financial support to high-growth business units

Competenze

• 10+ years of accounting experience and leadership of an accounting team.
• Experience in public accounting is strongly preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and familiarity with three-statement models.

Mansioni

• Oversee global monthly close and financial reporting.
• Supervise the Global Accounting team (US, Belgium, Serbia, India).
• Manage invoicing, AR, collections, AP, payroll and treasury administration.
