BGS Consulting is looking for an accomplished Controller to partner with the CFO and senior finance leaders. You will own the close process, ensure accurate financial statements, and oversee US and international subsidiaries within a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities include ASC 606/IFRS reporting, NetSuite governance, and leading audits, treasury, tax, and planning. This role provides broad impact across multiple regions and the finance organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or MBA is required.
• Ten or more years of progressive accounting experience including audit.
• 3+ years in Controller or equivalent role with supervisory responsibility.
• Advanced NetSuite experience: multi-subsidiary consolidation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including ASC 606.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver accurate financial statements.
• Prepare reporting packages including IFRS reporting and IFRS-US GAAP reconciliation.
• Oversee accounting for US and non-US subsidiaries, intercompany activity, foreign currency, and consolidation.
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15 and advise on nonstandard terms.
• Ensure billing, deferred revenue, A/R, and GL reconciliation accuracy.
• Lead internal controls over financial reporting and coordinate external audits.
