Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; focus preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of accounting experience required.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Functions in roles such as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients.
• Manages multiple client stakeholders simultaneously.
• Prepares miscellaneous accounting reports.
• Leads ad hoc projects and oversees close processes (month-end/quarter-end/year-end).
• Performs due diligence and assists with SEC reporting.
