Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting is seeking an accomplished Controller to own the general ledger, close, and consolidation for a multi-entity environment with foreign subsidiaries. You will document policies, scale the accounting function, and ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606 while coordinating audits and international compliance.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite expertise, 10+ years in accounting, and leadership experience in a global setting.

Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 10+ years accounting experience with international consolidations.
• Experience with NetSuite across multiple subsidiaries and currencies.
• Experience leading an accounting team and audit processes.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and ASC 805.

Responsibilities

• Own the full close and consolidation across three US entities and international sub-entities in NetSuite.
• Manage general ledger, COA, revenue recognition, project costing and segmentation architecture.
• Develop accounting policies, processes and internal controls for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead external audits and cross‑entity compliance including intercompany and currency reporting.
• Support treasury and cash management, forecasting and covenant compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A on metrics such as utilization, realization, and project margin.
• Oversee acquisitions accounting: opening balances, PPA, integration into NetSuite.
• Build and grow the accounting team from transactional work to technical accounting.
