Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Controller to lead the Finance & Accounting team.

The role owns the general ledger, closes, and multi-entity consolidation across US entities and international subsidiaries in NetSuite, building processes and controls to support fast, accurate financials. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive accounting, CPA/CMA preferred, and strong US GAAP depth, including ASC 606 for services and ASC 805 for consolidations.

Qualifications

• Professional services/consulting experience with P&L and billable hours.
• Strong NetSuite experience across subsidiaries and currencies.
• Experience leading audits and international accounting/compliance.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 805 in consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full close and consolidation across all entities and international subs.
• Manage general ledger, COA, revenue recognition, and NetSuite architecture for profitability reporting.
• Develop accounting policies, processes, and internal controls; ensure audit readiness.
• Lead external audits and international tax/compliance coordination; but also manage treasury and cash forecasting.
