Job summary

Ditto is seeking an experienced accounting leader to own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting under US GAAP. You will manage balance sheet reconciliations, coordinate with external auditors, and work with Legal, Sales, and ERP teams to ensure accurate financials.

You will guide ASC 606 implementation, improve internal controls, and mentor accounting staff. Ditto offers equity, competitive salaries, and a flexible, hybrid work model with an Atlanta office for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Direct ownership of monthly and annual close processes.
• Experience leading financial statement audits.
• Strong internal controls and process documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close, US GAAP financial statements.
• Lead ASC 606 reviews for subscriptions, term licenses, usage, and services.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, and public sector program owners on contracts.
• Build controls, supervise audits, and coordinate tax and equity accounting.
• Oversee payables, receivables, payroll, and treasury controls.
• Lead accounting staff and automate recurring work.
