Ditto is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to own close processes, US GAAP reporting, and ASC 606 for subscriptions and contracts. You will partner with Legal, Sales, and finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and cost tracking while maintaining strong internal controls.

In this hybrid role, you will manage a small team, automate recurring tasks, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements across ERP, payroll, and treasury.

Qualifications

• US GAAP knowledge and software ASC 606 judgment.
• Experience leading financial statement audits and coordinating with external auditors.
• Ability to document policies, controls, and operating processes clearly.
• Strong Excel skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems integration and data quality improvements.
• Proactive mindset toward automation and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, US GAAP financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead ASC 606 reviews for subscriptions and related arrangements; document performance obligations and recognize timing.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, and program owners on contract-specific billing and cost tracking.
• Build controls, lead audits, and prepare support for accounting diligence; coordinate with tax and international accounting.
• Oversee payables, receivables, payroll accounting, and treasury controls; improve handoffs across systems.
• Lead accounting staff and external providers; drive automation and FP&A collaboration on actuals and forecasts.
