Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. seeks a Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer to lead CVG's global accounting organization and ensure integrity of consolidated financial statements, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

This executive reports to the CFO, engages with the Audit Committee, and partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury and IT to deliver timely, accurate reporting in a multi‑currency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA license.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience at a U.S. publicly traded company.
• Manufacturing or industrial products background with cost accounting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEC filings and U.S. GAAP compliance.
• Lead global accounting close and consolidation.
• Direct tax provision and international statutory reporting.
• Manage ICFR/SOX controls and audit coordination.
• Partner with IR and FP&A on non-GAAP measures.
