Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. seeks a Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer to lead the global accounting organization, ensure SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls across multi-currency operations.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury and IT to deliver timely, accurate reporting, build a strong ICFR program, and guide a lean, high-performing team across international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA license required.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including corporate controller experience at a U.S. public company.
• Experience with external reporting and compliance under U.S. GAAP; strong internal controls focus.

Responsibilities

• Own SEC filings preparation, review, and certification for 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Lead technical accounting research and policy conclusions on complex transactions.
• Direct segment reporting and maintain corporate accounting policies across global entities.
