Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver is seeking a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.

You will partner with Global Category Managers to accelerate RFPs and ensure risk is managed across global suppliers. The role requires strong CLM oversight, compliance, and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management experience in a global procurement setting.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
• Ability to ensure contracts comply with legal, financial, risk policies.
• Experience with CLM tools and end-to-end contract lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and redlining of complex global supplier agreements.
• Mitigate risk and ensure alignment with policies.
• Own CLM tool metadata, milestones, repositories, and renewals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, and business units.
• Monitor supplier performance against obligations and SLAs.
• Support disputes and standardize templates to speed negotiations.
