Job Title: Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for assigned categories/suppliers to optimize quality, delivery, cost, and risk, while maintaining a reliable supply of assigned commodities.

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, purchasing, and finance to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency of supply.
• Continuously monitor market trends, negotiate terms and pricing agreements, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Implement best practices to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to mitigate potential disruptions such as geopolitical, economic, or environmental factors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards. Drive sustainability initiatives, such as responsible sourcing and environmentally friendly practices.
• Oversee the negotiation and management of supplier contracts, including terms and conditions, service level agreements, and performance metrics.
• Utilize data‑driven insights to make informed sourcing decisions. Implement analytics tools and KPIs to track and measure sourcing performance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the sourcing function. Implement best practices and drive innovation.
