Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to lead global category strategies for direct spend and optimize supplier performance in a regulated biotech setting.

You will drive negotiations, establish supplier partnerships, and ensure compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements while building scalable procurement processes for a growing global organization. Office-based role in a biotech hub, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in fast-paced cGMP environments and pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Ability to lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for direct spend aligned with pipeline priorities.
• Lead long-term sourcing strategies and supplier consolidation.
• Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure SOX and budgeting alignment.
• Drive cost savings, KPIs, and supplier performance improvements.
