Convergint is seeking a full-time Contracts Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of customer and subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance and timely processing. You will lead a team of Contract Managers, Specialists, and Administrators, driving negotiation, policy adherence, and business outcomes.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to coaching and developing your team across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, insurance, bonding, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and negotiation of complex contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and related documents.
• Draft and revise contract addendums per company standards.
• Coordinate with legal for review and intake processes.
• Identify contractual risks and communicate to leadership.
• Provide guidance on contract strategy and customer requirements.
• Supervise Contract Managers and Administrators.
• Ensure contract logs, dashboards, and reporting are up-to-date.
• Oversee compliance with insurance, bonding, and customer obligations.
