Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Contracts Manager to build the commercial and legal infrastructure for its growing eero business in San Francisco. You will manage commercial contracts, support international expansion, and partner with Operations, Sales Operations, and Legal teams to enable product launches globally.

You will lead efforts to use AI and automation to streamline contracting workflows, document management, and disclosures while delivering scalable processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of contracts management experience
Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams
Ability to simplify complex processes and drive scalable solutions

Responsibilities

Diligence in countries where products/services launch, coordinating with outside counsel.
Drafting and negotiating vendor contracts and leases globally.
Enhancing document management tools with AI-driven solutions.
Improving B2B deal workflows in collaboration with Sales Operations.
Designing disclosures for terms of service, warranties, and privacy notices.
