Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation tools to improve operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute complex contract onboarding workflows end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on onboarding processes, tools, and policies.
• Apply AI and automation knowledge to identify opportunities for streamlining operations, reducing manual effort, and improving accuracy across onboarding workflows.
• Influence the team's roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving consensus on approaches that meet business needs.
• Dive deep into customer onboarding metrics, prioritize root cause resolution, and champion enhancements and automation that raise the bar.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve the onboarding experience.
• Bring proven experience working within operations organizations to drive structure, rigor, and scalable processes.
• Mentor and coach teammates, share knowledge, and help elevate the team's collective capability.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring SLAs are met and results are delivered consistently.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence by optimizing workflows and establishing best practices.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Champion an inclusive team culture built on empathy, active listening, and collaboration.
