Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to independently manage the full lifecycle of contracts for AWS Training and Support, including training orders, premium support, and vendor agreements.

You will collaborate with Legal, Training, Support, Privacy and Finance to deliver timely legal guidance, build contract templates, and drive process improvements across teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ethical considerations around AI in legal context (confidentiality, accuracy, bias).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience.
• Experience supporting contract lifecycle processes (intake, templates, drafting, negotiation, workflow).

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate training order forms, premium support contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enable scalable contract management, including templates and standardization.
• Drive efficiency through workflow automation, standardization, and cross-functional alignment; evaluate legal tech and AI tools.
