Job description

Job ID: 10537873 | Amazon.com Services LLC

Help shape how eero scales its global business.

At eero, our mission is simple: to make WiFi that just works. As eero continues to expand internationally and grow its portfolio of products and services, we are looking for a Contracts Manager to help build the commercial and legal infrastructure that enables that growth.

In this role, you will combine commercial contract management, international expansion, legal operations, and process innovation. You will work closely with eero's Operations, Sales Operations, and Legal teams to support international product launches, negotiate commercial agreements, and simplify how the business manages contracts and customer‑facing legal documents.

You will also play a key role in reimagining how eero's legal and contracting teams operate. You will identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and technology to streamline contracting workflows, improve document management, simplify processes, and help the business move faster.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, solutions‑oriented contracts professional who enjoys working backwards from a desired outcome, simplifying complex problems, and building scalable processes that make it easier for teams to get work done.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both solving today's problems and building better ways to solve tomorrow's problems.

Key job responsibilities
  • Using available AI tools and coordinating with outside counsel to conduct legal diligence in countries where eero intends to launch its products and services.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts for eero’s vendor arrangements, and supporting eero in the drafting and negotiation of its leases globally.
  • Optimizing eero’s existing document management tools – using AI as a preferred solution.
  • Improving and maintaining eero’s existing simplifications for B2B deal related activity and working directly with eero’s Sales Operations team to do so.
  • Designing new processes and simplifications for eero’s customer‑facing disclosures such as terms of service, limited warranty and privacy notice.

About the team

The eero Legal team partners closely with business and operational teams to help eero grow responsibly and move quickly. We work across commercial contracting, international expansion, legal operations, regulatory matters, and business initiatives that support eero's global growth.

We value people who are curious, pragmatic, highly organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who looks for ways to simplify complexity, uses technology thoughtfully, and can independently drive projects from concept through execution.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of contracts management experience
  • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating the legal terms inbound technology licensing and procurement contracts or a broad range of standard commercial contracts
  • An interest in international legal frameworks and a desire to learn more about them
