HumanSignal is recruiting a Services Support Specialist to be the global touchpoint for our contractor population. You will manage payments, identity verification, onboarding, and project-related questions across time zones, using Zendesk and Discord as primary tools.

You will escalate to Payments/Finance or Security as needed and contribute to process improvements. The role emphasizes strong written communication, ability to work independently during off-hours, and participation in on-call

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or operations role with global contractor workforce.
• Proficient in Zendesk and Discord.
• Ability to work independently during off-hours and follow escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve inbound contractor tickets in Zendesk, including payment/payout issues and identity verification.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractor questions and onboarding blockers.
• Escalate issues outside Services Support scope to Payments/Finance, Verification/Trust, Project Operations, or Security as needed.
• Monitor and handle annotator requests in Discord and escalate to delivery teams when needed.
• Apply P0-P3 severity classifications and follow corresponding response processes.
• Identify repetitive low-complexity ticket types for self-service or automation.
• Participate in quarterly ticket volume reviews and coverage planning.
